Youth Health Program
The Project Forward Junior Health Program is an initiative of Vrajna Foundation, designed specifically for children ages 8–13. Through this program, kids explore the world of health in a fun and engaging way.
Each session focuses on a new topic, including nutrition, heart health, exercise, mental well-being, and basic first-aid principles. Students participate in interactive activities and discussions that build curiosity, critical thinking, and healthy habits.

- Format: Weekly Zoom sessions + WhatsApp group
